With our service providers. Please be aware that Maya does not control our business partners’ use of such information. Our partners are responsible for managing their own use of the personal information collected in these circumstances. Maya will also destroy your personal information when a request is filed for this purpose, or compliant with your legal right to withdraw your consent and/or request erasure.

As Maya is headquartered in Canada, your personal information will be accessible from that location. The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, or stored at, a destination outside Canada including the United Kingdom and the EEA. It may also be processed by staff operating outside Canada, the United Kingdom or the EEA who work for us or for one of our partners.
