Usage Data includes the number of visits to our Website, and the date and average time spent on our Website, in addition to information about how you otherwise use our products and services;
Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

If you fail to provide personal data

With our service providers. - How long will we retain your personal information
Maya will retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and will delete or destroy same once those purposes have been achieved and the personal information is no longer necessary. Maya will also destroy your personal information when a request is filed for this purpose, or compliant with your legal right to withdraw your consent and/or request erasure.

As Maya is headquartered in Canada, your personal information will be accessible from that location. The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, or stored at, a destination outside Canada including the United Kingdom and the EEA. It may also be processed by staff operating outside Canada, the United Kingdom or the EEA who work for us or for one of our partners.
